Can't Install Office 2003 SP3 Update

I just had to reinstall Office 2003 and the SP3 update won't install. I'm
running Windows 2000 SP4. Does anyone have any help for workarounds? I
remember I had the same problem installing service packs when I was using
Office XP.

Just tried downloading the update and it installed with no problem. I'm now
trying to install the other updates off the web. All successful except for
Microsoft Outlook which I'll try to install manully.
