Can't install Office2003 update

Hello,

I use XP+SP3, Office2003+SP2.

Through Windows/Office automatic update option, I was notified that Visio
2003 SP3 and Outlook2003 filter (KB955434) failed to be installed. What went
wrong? Should I enable a certain service?
