Cant install word!

I have office 2000 premium, when i run instalation
everything goes fine but after the computer has been
restarted and i try to open word it asks for the CD key
again! when i enter it AGAIN it sais that it isnt a valid
CD key, all other programs work like exell and Acess but
word is the one i really need, pleas help.

Did you perhaps have Word as part of Works Suite before you installed
Office? If so, the first version of Word is not overwritten by the Office
installation, and you have to use the CD key for Works Suite instead.
