Cant istall office 2007 due to a missing file (doesnt say what fil

hey there i bought office 2007 with me computer and i had to format my C: due
to rebuilding my computer and all was fine until i had to intall it and when
i try tom install it. it comes up with "setup cannot continue becuase of a
missing or corrupted file but its on the CD it cant be corrupted plz help
with whats going on

and plus this error doesnt say what file that is missing which is really enoying
