what are pictures

cant link to pictures posted on my web page can someone help when clicked
they dont pull up how do i link them in publisher

See the reply I posted for "video clips" after your post, it can be used the
same way for ".jpg" files, etc. The other way is to simply place or "embed"
the picture into your site with cut and paste.
