can't load resource library

Have seen this question here before but don't see any answers

When trying to Save As I get the message "unable to load resource library, please close the application, load the resour library and try again"

Anybody have an answer to this

Almost certainly a corrupt, incorrect or missing DLL. Most like this is
caused by a third party customisation to Word such as an errant AutoSave
