Can't locate updates for Excel X for Mac

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard) Processor: Intel I've got Office X for Mac. When I go to http://www.microsoft.com/mac/ which some suggests as location to get updates, I find no links or info for Office X for Mac, only choices are Office 2004 or Office 2008.
How can I determine if I have the latest updates for my Office X for Mac?
(My current Excel shows version 10.1.9)

Hi,

Office v.X is no longer supported, which is why you can't find any
updates on Mactopia. The 10.1.9 updater is still available on one of
Microsoft's download pages, but it will be of no use to you, since your
copy of Excel is already up-to-date.

Thanks for your reply.
Disappointing. Looks like I've got an orphan.

But what's the disappointment? Office updates never (or darn near
almost never) involve upgrades of the functionality, just bug and
security fixes. Excel v.X should do you just fine.

Hi Jim;

Just so you don't again get caught with your pants down :)

Any given version of MS software is typically deprecated ~2 years after the
release of its successor. Office v.X was actually a significant exception to
the "rule".

Office:Mac v.X was released in 2001, its successor (Office:Mac 2004) was
released in 2004, so v.X 'should' have been abandoned in 2006. However, MS
continued to support it beyond 2007 (which is when the last update was
released) & well into 2008. And keep in mind that it was created for the
initial introduction of OS X 10.0.0 which (IIRC) hasn't been supported by
Apple for nearly 5 years.
