Can't log into database after successful install...

Our server name is "DC". We get an error when trying to log in. The documentation mentions that there may be an issue when the server name has an "_" underscore, however we do not have an underscore

Would someone kindly provide advice

What is the error you are seeing? How are you logging in? From PWA or
from Project Pro?

Hi Bria

We are logging into the server directly via Internet Explorer. We are using the admin user id and password. The error message tells us invlaid log in id. When we click on the help button it suggests that our server name contains an "_" underscore. Our server name does not contain an underscore. It is a two character name.

Any insight is greatly appreciated

Can you post the exact error message you are seeing?
