Can't log into PWA (2003)

Hello,

Sometimes ( quite often in fact) when trying to log in to PWA, we get
timeout errors on the connection. The error message says the connection
timed out. This problem is limited only to people trying to log in to PWA.
Some of my colleagues just can't log in at all ! Any ideas would be
appreciated !
