Can't Log on to Outlook 2002

When I try to open the email portion of Outlook 2002 I
get a messge that says "Enter network Password." When I
do this, i get an error message (0X800CCC92) that
says: "email server rejected login. verify username and
passeord in account properties." I have verified the
user name and the password as correct, but I still cannot
login or send/recieve email. I have checked with my DSL
SErvice provider and they confirm that the account is set
up properly. Please help! I can get emails thru another
computer.
