I will recieve a email. I drop & drag it to a folder within my pst file. I
miss and put it in the wrong folder. I go to that folder & try and move the
email to the correct folder.
IT WILL NOT MOVE.
The only way I can fix this problem is to forward the item to myself, file
it correctly, and delete the misfilled item.
I can read it, delete it, i can forward it, I can reply to it -- I just can
not get the email to "move", "cut & paste", nor "undo the move".
Happens about 1% of the time, but frequency is increasing -- and they are
not always signed.
