I recently became unable to move emails in bulk (i.e.,
more than just 4-5 emails), especially if there are
attachments. I typically moved my "Sent Items" to a .pst
to clear it out. This may have coincided with
installation of NAV for Exchange.
I am running Exchange 5.5 and Outlook 2000. My .pst is
<200K. I checked the "Allow upgrade to large tables"
option on the .pst Properties menu, but this seems to have
had no effect.
I have a workaround on the sent items by setting up a rule
to save all outgoing emails in the specified .pst and
turning off the save sent items option on the options
menu, but still deal with the problem elsewhere. The
specific error I get is: "Can't move the items. Some
items could not be moved. They were either already moved
or deleted, or access was denied." I didn't get this
until recently.
Thanks,
Jason
