All the columns can be moved by dragging them except the Flag Status column.
Also this column refuses to appear anywhere except as the right most column
even if I position the column further to the left in the "Show Fields" dialog
when customizing the fields for the current view. This seems like a bug. In
Outlook 2002, I had the flag column over on the left between the "Icon" and
"Attachment" columns. In Outlook 2003, I cannot get the Flag Status to
appear there.
