"Can't move item" in outlook 2000

Hi,

I have tried to find the solution and applied sp's, done
what technet suggest eg; import export etc. Nothing works.
It's been ok till now, and suddenly we can't move anything
at all.

I have done the obvious checks as well, such as spyware
and viruses too!

Empty the Deleted Items Folder and run Compact Now on the pst-file. Then
close Outlook and run scanpst.exe on the file.

I did that too....but nothing works. Is my only solution
to re-install win 98?!
