Where is good deal on MS Office?
You need to make the functions on MSN and other MSFT sites much simpler and
more efficient.
1. I had to reset my MSN password recently - it took about 15 minutes -
frustrating. Why not just put a link on a home page "Account Management" or
whatever?
2. I want to buy MS Office. The Office site is a hyper bundle of excess
detailed information. Why not just put a link to "MS Store" or something?
Or a note saying you don't sell direct. By the way, do you sell direct to
individuals?
I just get the impression your software and sites are not top-line managed
for simple efficiency. There should be faster procedures: drop down menus
instead of a different page for a directory - and buttons for functions like
account management.
