Can't open a visio flowchart due to newer version or unrecognized.

A Visio file was sent to me at my office and I could not open the file
because I got the following message: This file can not be opened because it
was created with a newer or unrecognized version of Visio.

and if it was a newer version, then that would be the correct message. you
should consider having the sender save it as a version you can read
(assumption they are at v2003 and you are at v2000/v2002).
