Can't open Access DB

I can not open one of my DB frontends. When I click to open it asks if I want
to open or convert. Reguardless of which I choose Access starts working away
and the status bar at the bottom left starts to chug along. Then when it is
done, if open nothing opens, if convert there is no new converted DB.

Any thoughts?

The database may be corrupt. If you have a backup, use it; if not, try
creating a new empty database and use File... Get External Data...
Import to import whatever salvagable objects exist in the damaged
database.

Fantastic... the import did the trick for all but the Reports (said there is
not enough memory). This was the frontend from an ex employee and I wanted to
see what querys and reports had been built. I think something must have
gotten corruped during a transfer from desktop to server to CD to desktop to
server etc etc etc.
