Can't open any office files: word, excel or powerpoint

I can't seem to open any of my word, excel or powerpoint
files which have been fine. I can preview the file in
other apps and when I scrolling through a folder but when
I try to open any file, it says file can't be found.

Do you have Norton AntiVirus installed? Did you update to the latest
virus definitions today?
