Can't open any old databases in new 2003

I just installed Office 2003 and now I can't open any of my old databases
that were created using Office XP. HELP! I need to access these databases.

Why won't they open?

I have no idea. AccessXP and Access2003 use the *EXACT SAME* database
format (in fact they both default to A2000 format).

What happens when you try? Do you get an error message? Does holding
down the <Shift> key to bypass any startup code change anything?
