cant open attachments sent to my outlook mailbox

When I send attachments to my attorney via email (he uses outlook express)
when he hits open all that appears is a bunch of little squares. How can he
fix this. He doesnt know how. thank you, R.G.

What applications are you using to send? Do other users receive attachments
fine? If other users are receiving attachments fine, then you may want to
look at microsoft.public.outlookexpress.general, since OE isn't Outlook.
