Cant open database - Error 3197

Hi,

I have a database that everytime I try to open it I get
the following error.

"The Microsoft Jet database engine stopped the process
because you and another user are attempting to change the
same data at the same time. (Error 3197)"

I know for a fact that no one else has it open. Ive tried
logging out and logging back on, but still get the same
message. How do I "unlock" this .mdb file so I can open
it?
