can't open email hyperlinks

When I go into a file, I try and access the hyperlink but
it directs me to My documents and a blank file with the
type menu stating executable files (*.exe). Help! I want
to be able to read a hyperlink and have it go to the
appropriate website.

For some reason, your browser (I assume IE) is not registered to handle
links, so it is asking for the executable program to do so. If you are using
IE, use the window that appears to browse to Program Files>Internet Explorer
and select iexplore.exe.

All should be fine now.

computer literate and have been struggling with this
issue in Outlook. It works great now. Thanks!!!
