Can't open file in Excel - 70MB - Options?

I can't open a 70MB file in Excel. I was able to create and save it...but
now can't open it. What potential solutions are there, including opening
just so I can get at the material (regardless of whether I can manipulate it,
etc.)

Trying to avoid re-creating several hours of work.

Your help is greatly appreciated.

One option is to increase your RAM memory or try to open
the file on a computer with 512MB or even 1GIG RAM. If
you are running XP and NAV, etc, you are probably out of
RAM. You could try to open windows in safe mode to make
sure nothing else is running, and then try to open the
file.

Another option is to open a blank workbook and then click
Data-Import External Data-Import Data to pull work sheets
and tables out of you original workbook.
