Can't Open Item - The Object Could not be found.

Can someone help me? I'm a support technician for a media buying
company, only one of my users getting this error when trying to open an
recurring meeting appointment in Outlook 2003 on a Exchange 5.5 mail
server. I've tried searching the frmcache.dat file but I don't see the
file or is the file hidden?
