Every message recevied displays the message "Can't open
Item" when you go to open it. The message then shows as
read, but I can't flippin read it. It is all messages. not
just ones with clipart as the knowledge base suggests.
What can I do to understand wht is wrong and resolve it.
Simple answers please - I can use a PC and I am pretty
logical but that's about it....
