can't open links in outlook 07 email

I'm having the same problem as MikeG, I get this everytime I try to open a
link:

This operation has been canceled due to restrictions in effect
on this computer. Contact System admin" . I followed the instructions,
through IE to reset the system, and I still get the same error message. Very
frustrating.

This is a problem with IE, its not an Outlook error. You need to reset your
internet settings in IE's Tools, Internet Options, Advanced tab. (Or Control
panel, Internet options, Advanced tab).
