Can't Open Links

I am unable to open links in Outlook Express email
messages. I click on them, and nothing happens. Help!

Ask in an Outlook Express newsgroup for a more complete answer. Try this:
in IE, click Tools>Internet Options>Programs>Reset Web Settings
