can't open mail or attachments from aol senders

Since last week, I have not been able to view some content or open forwarded
attachments that have been emailed to me from known senders all of which I
have previously been able to open/view without any difficulty.

Are these forwarded emails? Do you have Google Destop Search installed? If
so, disable the Outlook integration or upgrade to the latest version.

If these are regular attachments, empty the SecurTemp folder:
