I can't open any messages in outlook. I am getting the
following error: "can't open this item. Unknown error"
All of the users on my server are getting the same
thing. We are using outlook 2002 and exchange server
2000. If we reboot the server the problem goes away.
But this is the second time it has happened in one week.
Any suggestions?
