Can't open my own Web site

I just loaded FP 2002. It's asking for my network user ID
and password, both of which came up automatically in FP
2000. No matter what I enter, I can't get into my Web
site. I've called Microsoft; supposedly someone will call
me later. Right.

Help?

My Louisiana grammar is not good so this will be hard to follow...

These sites do this about 2 times per year. You may want to 'fool it' and
'clear the cache' by changing the password and the .com to .net or .org to
..net and <enter> which will clear everything for you then reenter the
correct info - Why didn't I think of that...?
