I was having lots of problems so I recently re-installed Windows XP and
updated it. Everything was fine. Then I re-installed Office2000 on my
computer. Now I can't open any Office application. When I try to open
Outlook, Word, PPT, etc. all I get is this message: "MS Office has
encountered a problem and needs to close." Then MS tells me to update
the Office program. When I try to do that I get that IE has experienced
a problem and need to close. In the Control panel I can open everything
except Add/Remove programs. I get this message: "Run a DLL as an App
has encountered a problem and needs to close." Then I'm back to square
one! I have run Anti-Virus, Spyware programs. HELP!
