I can not open Outlook express anymore from my shortcut on the desktop, i
had the software open and using it while doing microsoft updates when my dog
pulled out the phoneline connection from under the house and froze the
system. I restarted the computer and try to enter outlook express but it
won't open instead it comes up with an error that says it has encountered a
problem and can not open. How can i get back into it without loosing
everything???
