Can't open password protected word doc after I relocated it to new drive.

I can't open a word doc that i moved to a new drive. I
formated the old drive before I need that I moved the
document to the new drive. It was password protected now
It won't even open the document so that I can enter the
password. can anyone help? Could it be I lost other info
that the file need to open. My access to it is denied
eventhough I'm the administrator of the system.
