Can't open Presentation

I use PowerPoint 2003 and received a presentation via E-Mail. I cannot open
the attachement and get the following error message:

PowerPoint can't open C:\Document & Settings\Nicole\Local Settings\Temporary
Internet Files\OLK9\...ppt because part of the file is missing.

What can I do to view the file and what has happened?!
