If you're referring to using MailMerge in Word (MS Office has several apps that can do mailmerge) you may want to use the link below
to post in the Word Mailmerge newsgroup. Be sure when posting there to mention the version of Word you're using, your data source
(Excel, Word table, Outlook contacts etc) and the steps you're taking and type of merge.
