Got a newly imaged laptop from my corporate support. When I go into my
calendar and attempt to open a recurring event, I get an error box that
states "Can't open this item. The operation failed. An object could not be
found." I found a work-around in the KB that has me change my view to
"recurring appointments" however that is not an ideal soluiton. ANother fix
suggest I install the Switch Forms utility, but it only refers to Outlook
2000 and below. Any ideas?
