Did it ever work? Are you trying to double click to open? What view do you
have selected? Preview pane on left, below, none?

Yes, for years.

Are you trying to double click to open?

No opportunity to double click. As soon as I click on 'Sent' folder, the error message appears (unknown error 4363)

What view do you

I generally work with none, but have now tried left and below. In each case the Sent folder opens with the error message box floating above. I can scroll the messages but not do anything else. As soon as I hit 'OK' in message box, Entourage reverts to Inbox view.

Having the error number helps. This error deals with attachments. Seems some
sent message is having a problem with an attachment and I hope rebuilding
will help fix this.

4363 "Unknown Error"

If you get error 4363 on a transmission attempt, and you have one or more
attachments, try deleting and re-attaching the file or files.

Do a database rebuild. Start Entourage holding down the Option key. When the
Rebuild dialog box comes up, choose to rebuild.

Let me know if this helps.
