Can't open this item in outlook

I have a user running outlook 2003 and xp
when she try to open some messages she gets the following error messaage
"can't open this item network problems are preventing connection to the
microsoft exch server.

other users in the same office are ok
If she logs on to another computer she does not get this message.

Any ideas

Doesn't sound like an Outlook problem to me. Have the IT people check the
network configuration on the PC that doesn't work.
