Cant open TIF images created with MS Document Imager

User of Office 2007 cannot open tif images created with Microsoft Document
Imaging. I have tried to go into the office 2007 settings and install the MS
document imaging but after running and rebooting it still does not appear.
Th original images were created on machines with office 2003

Which app, specifically?

To be clear, none of the main apps open TIF images; most of them allow you to
Insert pictures saved as TIFFs.

Might these be multi-page TIFFs? I haven't tried it but this might be a
problem.

great that worked once I change the program to view tifs to the ms tool
