Can't open URL in Outlook

When I click on a URL contained in an e mail opened by Outlook 2007, I
immediately get the message 'This operation has been cancelled due to
restrictions placed on this computer. Please contact your system
administrator.' To my knowledge I have not made any changes to the system.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated - thanks in advance.

Try resetting Internet Explorer. The reset button is on Tools>Internet
Options>Advanced.
