Can't open URL links in Outlook Express

Recently I am unable to launch any links from an Outlook Express email
message. I was able to in the past. Not sure what changed. I updated my
Norton personal firewall to permit Outllook Express to access the internet.
Can't think of anything else that I can do. Can someone please help me solve
this problem??
