Hi all
My Pc was doing fine until this morning when I tried to open a word document from an attachment in Outlook Express. When I clicked on the file it seemed to take ages to open ...so using crtl/alt/del to close the action I then get a prompt warning saying " there is not enough recourse (memory) in the PC so advising me "to close any programmes open and then to try again"
So I close this warning and then the PC crashes I not even able to go to start to close down the PC (every thing is blank)after that clicking on any application on my desk top gives the same warning on a prompt...So I'm only left to switch off the PC from the mains because there's no way to close down normaly
I have deleted and reinstalled word but nothing .I have deleted all temp files, scandisked and defragged...nothing
This has happened several times over the years and the only recourse for me on each time was to reformat the HD and reinstall everything again from scratch
Does anyone have any suggestions, I sincerely look forward to any comments you might have in respect
