Cant Open Word documents from websites using 2000.

Cant Open Word documents from websites u

I have a problem opening Word documents from the Web.

I can save documents from websites and open them from my hard drive, but
when I try to open them from a website it doesnt work.

I cant find any information on how to fix this.
