The workbook is too new for your version????
If all you want to do is view the file, you could use the free viewer from MS:

An alternative: You may want to download a 60 meg file from OpenOffice.org.
I'm not sure it supports all the features that xl does, though.

You may also want to go back to the author and ask if they could save it as a
version that xl95 could read.
