When I copy, cut or paste into a messages (Word as editor), The item copied
will not paste. Instead, what I get is a square icon of a monitor. Mostly,
this happens when I remote into a machine (.rdp), but it has also started
happening on on one of my end users personal machines when she is using it
normally. It's XP Pro SP2, Office XP. I'm sure this is a setting I have
overlooked because the icon looks the same each time. Any ideas?
