Can't print any document

Not as simple as it sounds. CAN print an envelope in Word,
can print from web pages, emails, etc. CANNOT print a
document composed in Word (or Excel either)

Have even reloaded (without uninstalling problem version)
entire Office suite. Still can't print document.

Any suggestions?

What happens when you try to Print from Word? Have you tried both File,
Print and just clicking on the Print icon? What printer are you using? Have
you tried deleting the printer and reinstalling it?

How is the printer connected and what OS and version of Office are you
using?
