Can't Print BCM Report

When I try to print any of the BCM reports I get the following error:
"Report cannot be generated. Please try again."

Any insight?

What the version of BCM is it v1 or v2 ?How did you install it using a disk
or a download

If you are unsure check the version for the file irisms32.dll by searching
for it and going to properties if it says version 2

do a reinstall of the BCM update that should get you up and runnning
