I tried to print a document to PaperPort from MS Word 2000
and got the following message:
"C:\program files\MicrosoftOffice\Office\WinWord.exe
"Function address 0x6a904868 caused a protection fault.
(exception code 0x0000005)
"Some or all property pages may not be displayed.
"OK"
After I click on "OK," I am returned to the document, and
PaperPort does not load nor is the document printed to
PaperPort. This is a new problem; I have often printed
Word documents directly to PaperPort.
Do you know how I may repair the problem?
