Can't read my email messages in Entourage

Hey Folks

I got a really interesting problem. I can't read some of my email messages in Entourage. All I get is a white page. But I can read the complete email messages in other readers like Mac reader and in my Outlook program too.

I do know that there is some embeded HTML with the email... But it seems Entourage is mishandling the information by not showing it to me.

Are there any viewing settings I can change.....

What the heck is SP!....Windows software???

This is on a mac.
Have you installed SP1? If you haven't, please try that and see if the

Let's eliminate your User's folder as part of the problem. Drag some test
messages to the desktop. Go to System Preferences --> Create a New User in
Accounts. Switch to the New User by logging out/in or use Fast User
Switching. Test Entourage there.

Does the problem still exist? If no, then it's something in your User's
folder if yes, then let's see what Hui Nee Chin might suggest.

Ok, I double checked the software. I am now running on 12.1.0 so I am current.....

It seems Entourage can not handle PHP type email correctly..... If you like I will forward the message to you folks so you can see how it Break your software....

Or I can redirect a message to a specific email id.... You really need to see this folks...

PHP as in the programming language? Do you mean your E-mail message
contains PHP code or that it's being sent by a PHP application?

Entourage 2008 uses WebKit, which is the same HTML rendering engine
Safari uses. Try this experiment:

1. Select your HTML in Entourage and then select Message --> Source.

2. Look for the HTML code in the message it will probably start with
something like:

<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01 Transitional//EN"
"http://www.w3.org/TR/html4/loose.dtd">
<html>
<head>
<title>Message title</title>

and end with:

</body>
</html>

3. Select the HTML code from beginning to end and copy/paste into a
plain text TextEdit document.

4. Save this TextEdit document as "test.html" to your Desktop.

5. In Safari select File --> Open... and open your test.html file.

Does anything display there? If not then the problem is that the HTML
code is not rendering in WebKit (not just Entourage). It may be
malformed HTML code.

yeap I through him a copy of the email....

I will also temporarliy redirect my sending email so I can send him a couple test copies just to get them in the raw....

I will ping you guys again when I send it again...

DOH!!!!!!.....

Ok let me get somewhere were I can temporarily change my email address so that you can see the email files in the raw. Thank you for being really patient with me.....

Did you send in a sample to the MSFT developer as requested?

Asian characters in HTML messages may have unreadable characters. This is
usually because that area of the text has not been marked with the correct
language. It may mean that you have not installed the fonts which contain
the characters.

Preferences --> Read...try a different character set.

Preferences --> Security...make sure you have checked Display Complex HTML.

If you still cannot read the message, are you working in Offline mode? Some
messages need to connect to the internet to be read.

Can you send me an example? Take a screenshot of how it looks in Entourage
and send that also.

Select the message and under Message in the Menu bar select "Forward as
Attachment."

Ok, Sorry about the long reply time. Work got busy. I sent two emails. One has the email in it the other and a email and screen shot of what I don't see.

Please keep in mind I can read this email without a problem in outlook, netscape, outlook express, and apples mail program..... I would really like to use your program entourage since I like out it handles the mail servers the best.
