Can't receive Attachments in OE sent from Outlook 2003

I can't receive attachments in OE sent from Outlook full
version. Any help appreciated even if it's a setting on
the Outlook Full Version side. Thx

Firstly, Outlook is NOT a "full" version of Outlook Express - the two are
completely separate programs.
Outlook may be sending in Rich Text Format - it's the default setting and
only Outlook can read RTF email. Change the Outlook mail Format to Plan text
(preferred) or HTML and see if that helps.
